Events Sun Digital & Marion Senior Services Help Heat Up Electronics Recycling This summer Sun Digital plans to heat up the electronics recycling efforts in Marion County. On June 22nd, Sun Digital will be hosting the 4th electronics recycling charity drive to benefit Marion Senior Services. With the help of the Marion County Community Sun Digital has been able to recycle over 3 TONS of electronic waste in the past 6 months and raise money for local charities. It’s time to clean out those offices and closets and bring your old electronics to our downtown Ocala drop on June 22nd. Please help Sun Digital reach their 2011 Green IT goal’s of recycling 5 TON’s of retired electronics and raise money for Marion Senior Services. Event Details - When: Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011 from 7:30am-1:30pm
- Where: Concord Building parking lot, Downtown Ocala, FL.
The eRecycle drive will be held in the Concord Building parking lot, across from "Historic Ocala" mural on Silver Springs Blvd., Downtown Ocala, FL. The parking lot entrance is on NE 1st Street between Magnolia Ave and NW 1st Avenue. Donators will be able to drive up and have their unwanted electronics unloaded from their cars for them. - Hard Drives (Relectrocycle will certify Data Destruction)

- Flat Screen TV’s and Monitors (Flat Screen Only)

- Diabetic Test Meters
- Watch Batteries
Items that will result in a donation to the Marion Senior Services:Items that will be accepted, as a public service but will not qualify for a donation: - Battery Back-ups
- Keyboards
- Printers
- Old VCRs & TIVOs
- Non-Flat Screen TV’s and computer monitors will only be accepted with a $5 donation
